Once again, our pizza dough recipe has evolved. This one evolved from a recipe over at Low Carb Spin on YouTube. I skipped several of their steps to make it easier, and to get the crust a little thinner, but those ladies are amazing. Go check them out!
Preheat oven to 400.
Combine
together:
8 oz cream cheese
2 eggs
3 TBlsp grated parmesan cheese
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp baking powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic salt
1 Tblsp gelatin
Once mixed
together, add 4 Tblsp egg white powder.
Line pizza
pan with parchment, spread out the dough.
Bake about 15 minutes til golden brown.
Take it out of the oven and flip it over so that the baked side is facing down on the pan. Add toppings, then bake another 15 minutes til bubbly
and the crust is thoroughly cooked through.
