I recently bought a napa cabbage to make an Asian salad. It was $8! It was a beautiful head and I had it every day until it was all gone. At that price, I didn't want to let any go to waste! Most of the time, I just use cole slaw mix when I want to have cabbage for slaw or for cooking.
Here's a quick version of an Asian salad dressing that goes really well with napa or with the coleslaw mix.
Mix til blended:
1 cup mayo
6 Tblsp swerve sweetener
3 Tblsp rice wine, champagne, or red wine vinegar
2 tsp spicy mustard
1/2 tsp sesame oil
