This is a recipe that was generously shared by LizzieBobsBakery in the St Louis area. I have never been there, but it looks like such a cute place and at one time she was offering keto products. When she stopped having her keto items on a regular basis, she shared her batch cookie recipe with everybody.
So while we were all sad that she no longer provided her keto cookies, we appreciate that she gave us her recipe for a BiG batch of cookies!
I scooped out 46 cookies which comes to about two carbs each;
baked half and froze the rest to bake later.
