How Do You Change Your Life With Keto?

  1. You  ask yourself:  “what would I love?”  Even better, you spend some time writing down the answers you get to that question about what you’d love.
  2. And then you start looking for a little spark of belief:  “Maybe it’s possible?”  You think about the possibility, even if it seems like a far-fetched possibility, and fan that little spark of belief into a flame.
  3. You don’t wait to figure it all out before you start.  You start wondering,  “If this were possible, what kind of things would I do?” This is where you start reading Keto Clarity, you start eating  burgers without the bun, you watch a video on dietdoctor.com, you listen to a podcast on ketovangelist.com.
  4. You start taking some steps.  You celebrate your successes.
  5. You start hanging out with people who are doing the same thing you want to do.  You find fellow keto peeps–they’re out there.    Ketogenic Success on Facebook has 140,000+ people who are learning and growing together.  And you start building your tribe.  Some (not all) of your friends and family are going to want to know what you’re doing and will want to go with you.
  6. When a challenge appears, you turn to your peeps, get some new ideas, and You. Do. Not. Quit.
  7. You practice new habits + keep learning + observe + small tweaks + patience.
  8. You live your new life.  And keep dreaming of new and more and better answers to that question,  “what would I love?”

If you find it hard to take these steps on your own, get a coach.  It’s well worth the money spent to help you get on track.  Or come to my Tuesday night group at Unity.  Don’t flounder on your own and think you can’t.  That’s how we got to where we are.  There’s a better way 🙂
